This Policy applies to all personal data processed by Care International Limited in connection with our B2B sourcing, quality control, and logistics coordination services. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other relevant regulations.

By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:

  • Contact Details:name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, WeChat ID, WhatsApp number, and business address.
  • Business Information:sourcing requirements, product specifications, RFQs, order details, shipping addresses, billing information, communications and meeting notes, and due diligence documentation.
  • Website Usage Data:IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and clickstream data collected via cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics.
  • Communications Data:records of emails, calls, chat messages, and inquiries submitted through our contact forms.

We do not collect sensitive personal information unless strictly necessary for compliance purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information for the following business purposes:

  • To provide sourcing services, including supplier identification, quotation, sampling, factory audits, and quality inspection;

Under PIPL, we obtain separate consent where required for cross-border transfers and processing of sensitive data.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data.We share information only as necessary to deliver our services:

  • Suppliers and Manufacturers:vetted factories in China to obtain quotes, produce samples, and fulfill orders;
  • Logistics Partners:freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and warehouses for shipping coordination;
  • Service Providers:IT hosting, cloud storage, CRM, email platforms, and analytics providers such as Google LLC (Google Analytics);
  • Professional Advisors:lawyers, accountants, and auditors under confidentiality;
  • Authorities:where required by law, court order, or customs authorities.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Care International Limited is based in China. If you are located outside China (including the EEA, UK, US, or elsewhere), your personal data will be transferred to and processed in China to perform our sourcing services.

We also transfer data to suppliers and logistics partners globally. Where required by GDPR, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For transfers out of China, we comply with PIPL requirements, including security assessments and obtaining separate consent where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Generally:

  • Active client account and inquiry data: for the duration of our business relationship plus 5 years;
  • Order, customs, and financial records: 7-10 years as required by Chinese tax and trade law;
  • Website analytics data: 14 to 26 months;
  • Marketing contacts: until you opt-out or withdraw consent.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights under PIPL, GDPR, and similar laws:

  • Access:request a copy of your personal data;
  • Correction:request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Deletion:request erasure of your data;
  • Restriction & Objection:restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Portability:request transfer of your data (GDPR);
